NZ EQUESTRIAN VACATIONS HOMESTAY PROGRAMME
The week long riding programme is based at Greg’s and Kim’s property,
Silverstream, located in Otane,
Guests stay in the house and are part of the family. The house has three guest rooms and a separate guest bathroom. There is a swimming pool, tennis court and 1,000 acres to explore. The week starts at lunchtime on Monday followed by an orientation lesson where you get to know Greg’s teaching style and he gets to assess your riding skills.
Tuesday through Friday offers you a lesson each morning (two if you are on the Intense Programme) and the afternoons are free to relax, explore or go for a ride around the farm. Saturday is the final lesson day and Sunday morning is departure.
Riding attire is casual and jeans, long chaps, short chaps etc are all acceptable and comfort is paramount. Some riders may wish to compete or visit a local show, which is a great experience. Please advise us of this before your arrival so dates can be confirmed.
